CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event of a programme being cancelled after payment has been made and before the start date, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Unfortuately we are unable to offer a full refund due to the fact that resources and time have been spent in sourcing your internship.
We can only offer a refund under the following circumstances;
- Illness – a doctor’s letter must be provided
- Visa refusal – a letter from the embassy must be provided with visa application number
The amount of the refund varies and depends on how cloose the cancellation is to the start date;

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Internships in Ireland works with Irish accommodation providers who apply their own cancellation policy in the event of a programme cancellation after payment has been made and before commencement of the programme.
In the event of a cancellation of accommodation, the following deductions apply;

14 – 27 | Full fees subject to an accommodation registration fee of €65 |
7 – 13 | Full fees subject to one week’s cost of accommodation and an accommodation registration fee of €65 |
Less than 7 days | Full fees subject to two week’s cost of accommodation and an accommodation registration fee of €65 |
On or after start of internship | Full fees subject to minimum charge of €200 |
