CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have decided to proceed with your programme we will then issue your invoice for your internship placement. As per our pricing page the cost per internship placement is €650. This invoice includes our non-refundable 50% booking deposit.
If you require accommodation this will also be included in your initial invoice payment as well as any additional costs such as insurance or airport transfer.
In the unfortunate event of a programme being cancelled after payment has been made and before the start date, our standard cancellation policy applies.
We can only offer a refund under the following circumstances;
- Illness – a doctor’s letter must be provided
- Visa refusal – a letter from the embassy must be provided with visa application number
We only offer a full refund when we have been unable to source you an internship.
The amount of the refund varies and depends on how close the cancellation is to the start date;

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
- A lockdown is introduced in Ireland and it is not possible to work on-site
- The refund is requested before the start of the programme
If you arrive in Ireland and following your programme start date and accommodation check-in a lockdown is introduced, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund as your accommodation has already been paid for.
